BBC Scriptwriter Paul Dodgson Returns to Plymouth Proprietary Library for a Radio Writing Course
The BBC Scriptwriter, Paul Dodgson will be returning to Plymouth Proprietary Library on Tuesday 14 August 2012 to run a creative writing workshop for radio comedy plays. Oz Hardwick - New Words from Old Books - a literary talk

National Short Story Week 7-13 November 2011 - Creative Writing Workshop in Plymouth
The Plymouth Proprietary Library Writers Group will be celebrating National Short Story Week by holding a free Creative Writing Workshop on Saturday 12 November 2011 from 10:00 - 15:00. All are welcome but booking is essential. Coffee will be served on arrival and light refreshments provided. Spooky Cotehele - A collection of Short Stories by Plymouth Proprietary Library Writers Group
Plymouth Proprietary Library Writers Group have been invited by Cotehele House (National Trust) to present a series of short stories based on a Haunted House. The writers group have made several visits to the medieval property making observations around the unique history, tapestries and other furnishings of the property, as well as studying paranormal reports and local myths.
The results will be available to hear on Friday 7th, 14th, 21st and 28 October 2011 between 5.30 - 7pm in the darkness of Cotehele.
